Payment & Booking Policy

To secure your date on my baking calendar, the following payment terms apply:

Orders Under $100: Must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Orders Over $100: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Final Balances: For orders over $100, the remaining 50% balance is due at pickup.
Accepted Payment Methods (at Pickup): Exact Cash, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay.

Timeline: Orders placed within 4-7 days of the event are considered Rush Orders.
Fee: A flat $20 Rush Fee will be added to the total (subject to calendar availability).
Non-Refundable: Once a ruch order is accepted, the $20 fee is non-refundable.

Because I turn away other clients to hold your specific date, the following refund rules apply:

The 50% Rule: For all custom orders, 50% of the total price is considered a non-refundable booking fee. This covers design planning, specialty supplies, and the reservation of your date.
Cancellations (7+ Days Notice): If you cancel more than 7 days before your pickup date, any amount paid above the 50% booking fee will be refunded.
Cancellations (Less than 7 Days Notice): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, as the artisan process has already begun.

Breads, Rolls, & Drop Cookies: All sales are final. These items are baked fresh to order and are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
Valentine's & Holiday Pre-Orders: These sets are made in limited quantities for specific dates. All seasonal pre-orders are non-refundable.
Missed Pickups: If you do not pick up your order during the scheduled window, the items will be forfeited without a refund.

Location: Pickup is in Medford Oregon. The exact address will be provided on your final invoice once your order is confirmed.
Pickup Window: Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. If you are running late, please send a courtesy test to 435-632-2489.
Missed Pickups: Because these are perishable food items, orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited without a refund if other arrangements have not been made.
Transporting Cookies: Once the cookies leave my hands, NorthwestCrumb is not responsible for any damage during transport. Please keep cookie boxes flat (not on a car seat) and in a cool dry place.
